Autoclaves
Anthos manufactures and sells 3 autoclave models with or without integrated demineralisation systems: ANTHOS 17, ANTHOS 17+ and ANTHOS 22.
Stand Alone version autoclaves only need plugging into a power outlet to be able to work from anywhere within the surgery. Tank filling with demineralised water can be done manually, or, thanks to the auxiliary pump, water can be automatically fed from an external tank. Draining of residual water is carried out via a front fitting, or via the special connector for direct connection to the mains outlet.
Anthos autoclaves automatically select the correct cycle type according to the loaded quantity. Furthermore, they include a host of automatic features designed to reduce the need for staff to intervene manually with procedures.
Automatic filling/draining
Practical connections directly filling the machine with water if a demineralisation system connected to the water mains is detected and letting water out through the system drain.
Process Evaluation System
Integral process self-evaluation system, designed to ensure a thorough cross-check of the three main parameters (temperature, pressure and time) and prompt notification of any detected faults.
Maintenance self-test
A system is active warning the user whenever maintenance operations are required including:
• Bacteriological filter replacement
• Chamber filter cleaning
• Door seal replacement
• General overhauling
Automatic door lock
Patented, electromechanical triple protection system which, before each cycle, ensures that the door is locked and the chamber is perfectly sealed.
Anthos test certificates
Every autoclave is submitted to an over 7 hours' test program, in accordance with the applicable standard EN 13060. At test end, the resulting special “Works Test” report may be supplied upon request.
Stainless Steel
The sterilisation chamber is entirely made from electropolished stainless steel. The rotating basket can hold up to 5 trays or 3 boxes.
Steel wire trays
Practical steel wire trays are available for dental professionals to optimise the flow of steam and instrument drying.
Anthos autoclave factory programming includes 4 main programs, 2 test programs (“Helix and Bowie Dick” test and “vacuum test”) and 7 additional programs to be selected according to the user's preferences. Cycles will start immediately, without any waiting time required and, once the selected cycle has finished running, the machine will automatically go to standby mode and may be programmed to then turn itself off. And there's more. The steam generator and twin head vacuum pump allow B-type cycles for hollow, porous instruments to be completed in less than 30 minutes.
