Dental Seating
Anthos manufactures 3 stools for the dental surgeon and for the assistant. All of them are available in the same colour range as the patient chairs. Alongside 2 conventional stools, S7 e S8, a third version with advanced erognomic features is available, the S9.
A new ergonomic stool - the S9, suitable for people of different builds - also provides a considerable boost to wellbeing. An extensive adjustment range for seat height, seat tilt, vertical-horizontal positioning and lumbar support tilt ensures an optimal set-up that significantly reduces the negative effects of poor postural habits.
Adjustment of seat height provides optimal posture for persons 1.56 m – 1.96 m tall and, where the extension kit is used, people as tall as 2.06 m.
Adjustments:
seat: vertical excursion from 47 cm to 63 cm (73 cm with extension kit)
seat: front zone tilt up to 20°
lumbar support: horizontal travel 4 cm; vertical travel 5.5 cm
lumbar support: tilt up to 20° with compensation spring
The dentist adjusts the stool by operating the levers with his wrists, thus avoiding any finger contact for evident hygiene reasons.
